iPLAY Orleans Fundraising & Sponsorship
iPLAY FUNDRAISING
Raising money for your team/organization is simple and fun at iPLAY Orleans! Each group will be provided with a number of custom coupons that may be redeemed for an hour of interactive gaming fun at the iPLAY Orleans location. Players/members, with the help of their parents, will sell each coupon to friends and family for the regular price of $10. At the end of the fundraising campaign (say, a two week period), the group will tally up the number of coupons sold and buy the corresponding number of gaming hours from iPLAY at a discounted rate of $5 (plus GST) for each coupon sold. The unsold coupons (if any) will be returned to iPLAY and the group keeps its half of the proceeds (minus the GST)! The group may wish to pool the coupons purchased by its own players/members and come into iPLAY together for some interactive gaming fun or they may choose to use the coupons whenever they want. The following are examples of how much money a group could raise with iPLAY:

With anywhere from 10 to 18 players on a sports team or even more from a larger organization, selling coupons and raising funds will be easy with iPLAY!
iPLAY TEAM/ORGANIZATION SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS
Gold Sponsorship (limited number available)
- Each team/organization will receive a cash sponsorship in the amount of $250
- iPLAY is to receive a booking for a group party (team-building, holiday celebration, season-ending) and/or the team/organization may choose to do an iPLAY fundraiser (see above)
- Each team/organization will receive a $10 off birthday party coupon for every member
- iPLAY is to receive sponsor recognition as appropriate (sponsor plaque, jersey name bar, website, etc.)
- A sponsorship document will be signed by iPLAY and the group
Silver Sponsorship (unlimited number available)
- Each team/organization may choose to do an iPLAY fundraiser (see above)
- Each team/organization will receive a $10 off birthday party coupon for every member
- The team/organization is strongly encouraged to book a party at iPLAY
